Running the basic program...
I'm 48 years old, 6"2" tall and 210 lbs. I lifted more than a decade ago for a few years consistently. I have the 2nd addition of starting strength and have been running the program with power cleans for about a month. I also train jiu jitsu 5 days a week and have been for 3+ years. I don't have any issues with my lifts yet. I've just become aware of "The Barbell Prescription" and will order it this weekend but is there anything wrong with running the basic program as long as I feel like I'm recovering well?

You'll be fine. But there's a reason the 2nd edition has been out of print for 13 years.
