short term adjustments while waiting for hemorrhoid treatment
I've had a really bad haemorrhoid flare up and while my condition is comparatively minor, I've decided to get the Specialist referral for a Surgeon and go down that path early, as it seems putting it off will only worsen the situation long term.
Therefore, wanting to see what recommended training adjustments might be available in the short term (my goal is to of course, returning to squatting as quickly as is possible).
I imagine leg press / leg extensions (sets and reps recommendation would be appreciated) and just accept that's the best I can do in the short term, but any advice, personal experiences or recommendations would be fantastic. Again, just looking to make short term adjustments while I seek treatment, this isn't a long term plan.
Thanks in advance,
James

Depending on how bad they are, there may be no short-term plan. Just get them banded ASAP and get back to training when you can.

Thanks Rip, much appreciated. I think I just needed 'permission' to not work the lower body for a bit.
