Programming the LTE for Masters
How many reps and what intensity would you program lying tricep extensions for masters-over-50 lifters? SS:BBT states that LTEs should be in the 10-15 rep range. The Barbell Prescription states that intensity is much more benificial that volume for Masters lifters (intensity-dependant, volume-sensitive). TBP advises to program bicep curls for 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps. Would this be the same for LTEs?
Any and all advice is appreciated.

If you're a post-novice lifter and actually need to do them, 8s are probably about right.
