    Curious what your recommendation is for loading incline bench on medium day. I'm just transitioning from novice LP to intermediate so I'm new to incline bench. I'm currently at 250lbs for 5 reps for flat bench. Is there a percentage offset I should target? Since it's medium day, what should the intensity look like for 3 sets of 5? Thanks!

    Since Incline is "medium" by nature, relative to flat bench / ohp then it is trained maximally. I'd keep reps in the 5-8 rep range for about 4-5 total sets. There is no set % to use an an offset to Bench. Just warm up with light weights and add weight to the barbell until you get to a weight that is challenging but doable for about 8 reps. Then perform 4-5 sets with that load, trying to keep reps in the 5-8 range. Progress over time.
