    Stan Efferding's The Vertical Diet

Stan was eating his Monster Mash all weekend at the San Diego seminar, so I had to have some too. Ordered it from his website when I got back, it got here today, and I've eaten two already. I ordered the Monster Mash with sweet potatoes and with the Yukon Gold potatoes, and he has several other kinds available. Great value in a prepared meal. I highly recommend them.

I'll have to try these out Rip. I've been looking for a good meal prep company so maybe he is It.

In the next book GOMAD will be replaced by GOMASH.

Stan Efferding seems like an interesting guy. Some of his ideas seem a bit out there, but Brian Shaw and Thor swear by the Vertical Diet.

Have to agree. On my third re-order - I also think their breakfast options are quite good.

Today I learned that I've been cooking like Stan Efferding for years.

Got my meals in today. They taste great! Gonna use these to replace my daily fast food trips. Appreciate the recommendation.

I've enjoyed there stuff. No complaints here but if you're used to a lot of fat you may not like it. Tried almost all of the Vertical meals. Pretty good not gonna lie. Alternating these with Trifecta
