Most of the time, when you put the bar too low it slips down. But your clever camera angle prevents my seeing the position clearly.

I'm convinced that I have small rear deltoids due to weak upper body. Is this why the bar always tend to roll back? I have to consciously push the bar up with my arm during the 4-5th reps or else it'll slip right under my palms. I also have to bend my wrist in order to be able to push the bar up and keep it on my back. My right wrist have been really painful these past 2 weeks because of this.

What am I doing wrong? Should I better of using wrist wrap?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for taking the time to respond.
I have watched that video quiet a few times but it didn't help much. You can clearly see his detlts muscles pop up big enough to allow the bar to sit still. Mine are small in comparasion. I also went through a couple of times through 3rd edition squat chapter but it doesn't help much either.
In any case, I'lll try to make another video from my back angle.
Meanwhile, how is my form on the first video?
Thanks,
-Martin
The rest of the squat looks very good.
