Post-Lockdown Programming
Hi Everyone,
I was fortunate to have a good bench for the past 3 months of lock-down, but had only 255lbs of weight and no means to squat. The good news is I can now bench 255x5 after having moved through madcow in this time. The bad news is that I've done no squatting and no significant deadlifting during this time.
Now that I have the opportunity to squat and deadlift again, would it be wise to continue running madcow for bench and then to run starting strength on the Deadlift and Squat?

If your bench press is still making progress then continue doing what you are doing and run a Squat and Deadlift LP to bring those lifts back up.
