Looks to be more like distal biceps tendon pain than pronator teres syndrome. PTS has a similar symptomology as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Some heavy, slow biceps curls would probably be of some benefit to you.
Seem to have a nagging pain in my forearm. Its not so bad once wormed up but when I am not working out and have to use the muscle it hurts. I have been massaging it but no real help so far.
Is there a specific exercise or just continue with my NLP and sooner or later it will go away?

Thank you Will. Ill get to work on those and report back.
I had a wicked case of distal biceps tendon pain and I found that heavy, slow bench pressing before and after squats helped a lot.
I have been doing chins for quite a while and they dont seem to change anything. Will curls be much different?
Started them yesterday. Worked up to 3x5 at 85#. The pain feels a bit dull today. Better than before. Im thinking 3 days a week, ramping up 2.5 per workout until I stall?
What a life saver you are Mr Morris. This is working. My arm feels so much better. Im up to 90#x3x5. Im going to quit my PI and become a strength coach!
You all have helped both my shoulder pain and my arm pain. Im almost 100%.
