    Default Power Clean form help

These have actually come a long way, but are still pretty ugly. My main problem is that my feet hit the floor way before I rack the bar, which I think means I'm a. Not jumping high enough, and b. Not getting under the bar/ not rotating my elbows fast enough. Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

You're jumping too early. You jump when the bar hits mid-thigh, not when it's around the knee.

How heavy is this power clean, and what is your deadlift?

That explains a lot. Deadlift is 225lbs, this power clean is 75. Still trying to iron it out.

Okay. Just making sure you weren't attempting 135, which would be way too high given the deadlift.

Nah, I got some light bumpers for playing with oly and power cleans and snatches.

Jumping too early, anything else I should pay attention to?

Let's start with jumping at the right point (make sure you drag the bar up your thigh the whole time...like a deadlift) and see where we are from there.
