Knee Locking?
Hi
Basically i got into the gym just about to warm up and as i squatted down my knee popped and as i tried to stand i couldn't extend it fully (180?) its stuck between 60? to 150?.
I don't think its a true LOCK since i told my friend to try and straighten my leg, and my leg could be straightened its just I couldnt bare the pain to actually keep it straight.
It could be something to do with cartilage but im not to sure since i dont know much about this stuff.
Note: a similar thing happened once before and i iced my knee till the point of numbness and then i could straighten it and the next day i was fine so i didn't think of it as a big deal. This time its much worse since ive tried numbing it but it wont work.
What do you think?

I think you have a torn meniscus, and that it needs to be dealt with by an orthopod.
