I benched body weight today 3*5 185 lbs

I know this is candy weight for a lot of you monsters, but for me it is hyooge BRAH.

2 footlong subway clubs 2x meat on flat bread + 16 oz 2% milk wooot

In 2 sessions I'll be squatting body weight.

    Time for more calories =D

    Well done, keep going.

The subs are obviously working for you. When you bench 1.5BW - and your bodyweight will probably be higher by then - you should eat 3 subs.

My brother-in-law owns some Subways. I should try to get him to start a forum discount for people who use Subway to get strong. Like a manly version of the Jared Effect.

You couldn't pony up an additional $6 to get some legitimate sandwiches? When you accomplish some real milestones, don't settle for overpriced school cafeteria "food."

Dont fuckin hate on school lunch! They make some of the best tasting (mayne not healthy) food around. I know a pp&j is pp&j but something my schools they make a triple decker and let them sit in a fridge for a while they are so god damn good. Have yet to make or eat one that is comparable. Matter of fact my last day of school lunch is wensday i think ill get that
