    Default Programming Deadlifts for Women

    Been doing some reading into what programming modifications to make for women. Found an article of yours on T-Nation that mentioned switching to 5x3 instead of 3x5, which I assume work for the squat, bench, and press. What about the deadlift? Tried searching around the forum but didn't find anything. 1x3? 3x3? Stick with 1x5? What's worked best in your experience?

    Most of us are using 2 sets of 3 after novice.
