    Hi Andy,

    I am currently on the advanced novice SS program. My programming has a 80% light day in the middle of the week. I find that I recover better if I my programming goes like this.

    Heavy Squat
    rest 1 day
    light squat
    rest 2 day
    Heavy squat
    rest 3 days
    Heavy squat
    1 rest day.... etc.

    I've been slowly progressing linearly this way. I don't feel the need to put 2 rest days between the first heavy and light day. Would you say this is the best course for me?
