    Hello Coach,
    I've been having a really annoying problem with my training recently, especially squat.
    I keep nailing my Volume day however my intensity day I keep fucking up.
    For example this week I did 157.5 kg 5x5 (I was about to die but managed it) and then today I couldn't even unrack 180kg (Even though I managed to do 177.5 for 2x3 last week) for my 2x3 hell I was struggling with 160 kg during warm up.

    I have a meet in 2 weeks and this mental stuff is really starting to get to me.
    Are there any tips for a guy who is essentially a mental pussy.

    Not via the internet. Just commit to doing a SINGLE on your ID. See if it helps knowing you only have to do 1x1. If you nail it, then maybe next set you manage a double

    Just squatted 185 kg 1x1 it was slightly grindy however helped loads with confidence. Thanks.
