    Default Squat Form Check

    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    It's my second video, filmed now from back at 45º. I don't know if the angle is OK or I have to change it to see better the knees.

    Anyways, I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong with the technique:
