Default 3RM Deadlift. How bad is it?

    Hi Coaches.

I hit a 3RM of 460 lbs on the deadlift today. I know a max set is never going to be that pretty, but I'm wondering if I should reset for safety's sake. The first rep doesn't seem too bad to me, and the second rep isn't too much worse, but the third is just a complete clusterfuck.

    Questions:
Is this amount of form breakdown dangerous?
Think I should do a reset and work back up, or keep adding weight?

    Thanks in advance.

First your rocking back on your heels as you pull. Stay midfoot through out the entire rep. I would also cue you to squeeze your chest up more before you break the bar off the floor. The third rep is not that bad, and would be much better if you focused on the above 2 things. I don't think you were in danger but a reset or a change in programming is probably going to have to happen very soon.
