    Hi,

    Age: 33
    Height: 5' 8"
    Weight: 72.5kg

I was hoping one of the coaches could give me some advice on my form as I am getting back pain everytime I squat. Its got to the point where I tweaked it pretty badly at my last session. This clip is a session from last week. It looks like I am struggling to keep my lower back tight as it is rounding pretty early on my decent. Any advice would be appreciated.

You have a touch of spinal flexion when you squat. Make your stance a little wider, just a little. Drive your knees out much harder. Drop your elbows a little and don't overdo the looking down thing. Both of those are encouraging your upper back to round. Look down because you are leaning over, not because you putting your cervical spine into great flexion at the top of the rep.
