Deadlift Form Check
Form check for my deadlift please. Below is my work set of 270x5. I felt a little rounding of my back on reps 4 & 5, but it doesn’t seem to be very visible on the video.

My thoughts are:
1. Are my shoulders too far forward, which I assume might be caused by setting up too close to the bar? My shins are pretty close to an inch away at setup, but I didn’t bust out a ruler.
2. I think I need to work a little harder at getting my shoulders back and chest out at the finish.
Am I missing anything?

I dunno, these look decent to me. Maybe your upper back could be a bit tighter, but it doesn't seem to be anything excessive. Just work on getting that proud gorilla chest out more and the back tight. As for the shoulders, not really sure what you're getting at there. You're following the 5 step setup pretty well it looks like, just let your shoulders end up where they are based on that (and they SHOULD be in front of the bar).
