    Hi! I'm new to the forum - I've had a six month hiatus from training and am keen to get back to where I was 12 months ago.

    I'm currently 195lbs - here is my squat of 260lbs. Amongst other things, I suspect no hip drive is an issue?

    You're high bar squatting, correct? I've never performed the movement so would have no advice to offer........and I suspect you may get minimal help in this forum as the low bar squat is predominately what is advocated and taught here.
