My husband just did his first 3 x 5 set of squats.

    Very excited.

    I'm very excited.

    He could probably care less.

Me being excited about squatting is nothing new.

Me: Are you excited about your squats?
Him: Nah. I don't really enjoy squatting.
Me: Well, you can enjoy the results you get from squatting.
    Him: Like better abs?
Me: Like being stronger and being a Real Man and being able to outsquat your wife.
Him: I don't care if you can squat a fucking truck. I have a penis, so I'm better.

If that's his attitude, I'd cut his penis (did he really call it penis?) off, if I were you.

He's a urologist, so yes, he did.

I don't get it. Is he averse to squats for some reason?

    1+1 =... He's not a latent homosexual, is he?

Hardly. And he's a female urology specialist, so he does see a lot of vaginas.

He's been a CrossFitter for the last year, so I'm working on him. He has a healthy attitude about CF, though. He says it's just exercise. I approve of that part. It's my fault he's a CrossFitter anyway.

He likes being fit. He works hard and spends a lot of time with his family. When he has additional time, he'd rather spend it on the golf course than in the squat rack.
