Can Rip recommend a simple, inexpensive home blood pressure monitor? Also, I have arms over 17 inches so I need to buy a larger cuff. I dont have a problem finding a larger cuff. I am having problems confirming that the independently sold/available cuffs will work with Machine X. Or do they all work with each other?

    Anyone?

Why a machine? Learn to use an analog sphygmomanometer with a stethoscope. The cuffs are no problem.

Didn't even think of that. Price is about the same. I guess most of the modern electronic ones automatically store the readings for you, so that would probably be a nice feature. Also, my wife would think I'm even more of a fussy narcissist than I am if I have all that equipment.

I got mine off Amazon, had the best reviews. iHealth. Find it has been consistent with results I get at the doctor and other devices.
