    Default traps sore after cleans

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    My traps are sore after doing power cleans yesterday. Is this normal?

    I've been thinking about it, though.
    You get DOMS from the eccentric part of a lift.
    But there's not much of it, if any at all, when it comes to the shrugging part of the PC.

    Try 130% (of ure 1RM) clean pulls off the blocks lol. It's even more sore after those.
