    Hi,

I know this will offend your artistic sensibilities. I know where you like the bar on the back. But I have some pretty bad shoulders. So I hope you can suspend your judgement and have a look at this:

I'm a bit concerned about my lordosis. I might be in too lumbar extension. I think this is why there's that hip movement. I'm trying really, really, really hard to keep my abs tight throughout.

    Thanks.

    What's your question?

I just want to know if my low back positioning is injurious.

And since I can anticipate the food comment, I got really sick and had to stop training altogether. Hence the still-skinny-ness.

It could be. You'd certainly be better off limiting the movement of your low back, but you already know that. What's wrong with your shoulders that prevents you from putting the bar lower?

    Tell me about your sickness.

I'm trying my best to control it and keep it motionless, but I can't seem to. I have a bankart lesion l shoulder and unimaged r shoulder pathology.

I got gastro, I think from some off seafood, and then the flu. Thanks for asking.

Wear a belt & get your shoulder fixed asap.

Thanks Paul. I was hoping to avoid the knife but it might become inevitable.

If surgery is required, just get it taken care of so you can get back to training productively. I've been through it, and I can tell you the recovery goes by very quickly.
