    Watching this again for the 3rd or 4th time, and the more I watch the more I appreciate Rip's absolute genius at this stuff.

    As Dr. Racculia put it, it is "watching a master of human movement at work"

    Thank you again to Rip and SS organization for making this happen. The SVC community is very grateful.

    Good job writing down all the sections. I find it amazing that all this content is put up on here; the only problem I have with the video is that it keeps stopping and starting.

    That has to do with your end, not the video. Changing your settings can help.

    Rip, how did you feel when that guy persisted in idea of "corrective excercises" would fix issues with movements?
