Hello, after seeing how helpful the folks in these forums are I wonder if anyone could give me some advice about the squats performed.

Having only just started the program I'd be very grateful to hear any pointers (and I know the camera angle isn't perfect but I hadn't read the sticky before going to the gym today.

    Thanks

No worries. Took me three tries to get it right when I posted my first video.

Widen your stance by an inch (between your heels). Point your toes out a bit more. Then shove your knees out hard the entire rep.

Then post another video from a 45 degree rear oblique angle.

Thanks Dave, I'm back in the gym tomorrow so I'll take those notes and get a different angle.
