Squat Form Check
Hi Coaches,
Been a while since I've had a form check. My bar path is not straight and I drive with my chest at my sticking point, which I need to avoid and instead stay in my hips. Is the best way to keep my bar path straight to just think of the master cue?

I would like for you to read the sticky and let me know the several things this video is lacking in order for us to go a good form check on it. All I can say is that it looks like you are on your toes.
