    I haven't had a form check in a while, and have regressed back into some old bad habits. Here is a triple with 410 from last night:



    Basically, when the weight gets heavy, I always end up getting back on my heels which keeps my bar path from being vertical. Any input would be much appreciated. And sorry in advance for the black shorts. I know it makes evaluating the video tougher, I definitely didn't plan that one out well. Thanks!

    Well, you made that 410 look pretty light. My advice is to push your knees out a little more. I suspect this will help with how you shift around and keep you tighter. Nice work.
