Hi Andy,
was wondering if you had any experience / advice regarding smolov for squats (besides do not deadlift!). Do you find the increase on the squat on this programme to be realistic, or it is just a peak kind of thing as opposed to TM where increases are more over the long run.

just FYI I know of some really strong lifters who run smolov base cycle for squat, smolov jr for bench(they do this repeatedly) and still do there others lifts(including deadlift)

I don't know who they are, but I have seen it discussed here before. Probably the training forum and the other programming forum are best places to start.
