In the building that I work in. The place is a Persian Palace - they must have spent close to $100k on just the locker rooms alone. Treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, all with TVs you can plug your iPhone into, machines out the wazoo, and aerobics room, and spin bikes.

And a squat rack.
And a cage.
And bumpers.
