What week should i add conditioning
I'm begun week 4. Added 100 pound on my squat and deadlift in the first 3 weeks.
3 and a half weeks from now i can go back to the fight club.
I'd like to go to a fight practice the same day i lift so my off day is a day of total rest.
For the next 3-4 weeks i'd like to maintain 45 mins of mit work with a striking coach on Wednesdays.
3rd week in June i''d like to practice at the fight club on lifting days. Two striking classes for every grappling class.
Do you think i should life before practice or practice before i lift.

Probably doesn't matter too much. You will adapt to either. If it was me though, I would want to spar when I'm fresh.
