    Default Girl bar?

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    My wife is a novice lifter and we were wondering if it was worth investing in a girl specific bar. Is better for them to use those bars or does it really matter?

    25mm bars are for the snatch and C&J. If she's not doing these, she doesn't need one.
