    Not so sure about this one...

    Welcome to the forum!!

    Alot to comment on here, so I'm going to leave this here.



    The biggest issue to work on is tightness in the bottom (elbows up and in, squeeze the bar/straight wrist, tight abs and but, etc...), and the timing of the "bounce, PRESS!"

    Watch, and let me know if you have questions.

    Watched your DL vid as well. Have you read the book, Starting Strength for Basic Barbell Training?

    Hiya. I've been reading the book and watching videos online, including the one you just sent. I'm having a lot of trouble understanding what exactly I need to do or feel when performing these exercises. So much of the book feels too anatomically technical. I try to look into what he's talking about online as I read, but I still feel like a lot of his explanations are going over my head...

    No worries. If able, setup a session with a coach and it will save you much time and frustration.
