    Here goes...

    22 YO

    180ish lbs at 6ft 3"

    My program is as follows:-

    High bar squats 3*5

    Bench 3*5 / Press 5*3 alternating

    Chins / Pullups 3 sets to failure / Deadlift alternating.

    Last session was as follows:-

    High bar squats:- 92.5kg 5,5,5
    Bench press 75kg 4,4,4
    Deadlift 110kg 5

    Been a good while out thanks to life but back on it now!

    BW - 83kg at 6 ft 3

    HB Squats - 100kg 5 5 5
    Bench - 75kg x 5 5 4
    Chins + 13.75kg x 5 5 pain in lat thought best not to risk last set

    Beltless HB Squat 80kg x 5 90kg x 2 95kg x 2 100kg x 1
    Press 52.2kg 5 3 3
    Deadlift 100kg x 3 110kg x 3 120kg x 2 135kg x1 - - 300lbs wooo - can't get deadlifts right though form isn't right.
