My program is as follows:-
High bar squats 3*5
Bench 3*5 / Press 5*3 alternating
Chins / Pullups 3 sets to failure / Deadlift alternating.
Last session was as follows:-
High bar squats:- 92.5kg 5,5,5
Bench press 75kg 4,4,4
Deadlift 110kg 5
