Subbing Power Snatches for G/H or BE's on TM Wednesday
Hey Rip, just a little Q here. In your Texas Method article for T-Nation you put the option of Glute / Ham's or Back Extensions for the 4th exercise on the Wednesday. (I'm using this article as its the most recent you've published. I do own PP 1st ed.)
How would doing Power Snatches instead affect the program?
I find that my Power clean technique degrades quickly if I don't practice it, so for the past few weeks I have been PC'ing on Wed and Fri, hitting P.R.'s each time. Things are getting tough now so thought that lighter P.Snatches would keep the technique fresh without being as taxing. My day would be Squats - Bench or Press - P.Snatch - Chins.
