Default Arm movement during bench/shoulder pain

    Hullo Rip!

Whilst dumbbell benching, my gym buddy informed me that my right arm was veering away from my torso whilst benching.

The next day I had quite a sore right shoulder, which is quite unusual for me.
You mention in SS that this is caused by the bicep tendon (where it inserts in the shoulder).
It isn't bad enough to stop me lifting (I hit a PR press today), but I did feel it, and I also felt it during LB Back squatting.

    Two questions:

-What cues/tip do you use to prevent arms veering out? What should I think about to stop this?

-Any ideas on how to go about rehabbing this minor irritation, before it gets worse and starts effecting other important exercises?

    Many thanks
