Phosphatidylserine
Anyone ever try this stuff ? Supposed to really help block cortisol production. I started taking it and I really can notice a difference in my sleep. I have issues with my cortisol profile getting flipped because I train mostly in the evenings.

Eat your chicken hearts and pig spleens.
Other choices:
Atlantic Mackerel
Atlantic Herring
Eel
Tuna
