    Talking Which part of Xiphoid process should i touch with the bar in bench press?

    it's different for everyone; depends on your proportions.

    Depends on things like your arm lengths, grip width, and arch height.

    For general strength trainees we coach a technique that produces vertical forearms when the bar is on the chest. You might take video of your bench perpendicularly from the side, and looking up from the feet to assess this and adjust as needed.
