Bench press feet position under the hip ,but where exactly under?
i do a leg drive. if i pull my heels toward my head,i lose balance ofcourse.
so i do it like it should , with heels under hips.
the question is how far should i go? the middle of the hip ,the start of the hip and such.
the more i can bring it back to under the hip the better? means that it will sit under the start of my hip?

Wherever it's comfortable. If you're really flexible, that might be a fair way back.
