    Bring your feet in a little. They should be about shoulder width apart, looks to me like they're more. Look down more, you're losing hip drive looking up like you are, getting rid of/covering up that mirror might help you do this. Push your knees out hard and go deeper.

    Set the bar one notch lower in the rack to begin with.

    Take a half step in - stance is too wide.

    Unlock hips and knees at the same time (you're unlocking knees first) and push your butt back farther than you need to.
