    Default diafragmatic hernia

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    hi mark.
    Before 2 months i had strained my abdominals during heavy squating.
    I had pain so the doctor send me for an endoscope.
    Now i know i have diafragmatic hernia.It is 2cm.
    Do you know what the hell is this?
