    • starting strength seminar august 2024

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    I am trying to improve based on advice given in a previous form check I posted.

    25/175lbs

    Deadlift- 205 final set

    Didn't look at the previous advice, hope those help:

    1. Set your back harder, squeeze your chest up more

    2. Keep the bar in contact with your legs. Pull it towards you.

    3. Don't yank the bar off the ground, please see:

    4. Dont look around during your set, keep your gaze fixed to one point.
