They are all more or less equivalent nutritionally, with very minor differences.
I'm sure this question has been asked, but the search, even using google, isn't coming up with anything.
Which is better from a nutritional point? From a protein comparison, cottage cheese is the clear winner at twice the protein, a fourth the carbs and it generally will cost less then yogurt. However, if the comparison is between Greek yogurt and CC, both have about the same amount of protein, but the CC is slightly higher in carbs, but Greek yogurt is twice the price. Any preference outside of price?

For yogurt, I like skyr yogurt. (Icelandic brand, they are about 15g Carbs and 15g Protein each.) I'm not a breakfast person but eating two of those I don't find too filling. Without something like this for breakfast, even with a shake I have trouble hitting 200g/day protein. Not much fat in them either.
Skyr and some berries is my favorite lazy man's breakfast. Sometimes I add flaxseed for the fiber too.
I can get on board with grape nuts.
Skyr plus All Bran Buds FTW!
Be careful with those. I overdid them years back and, let's just say my toilet used up more water that month.
