    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Hello. Can you please take a look at the attached video and provide me with any comments? The video is lighter than I typically lift, but hopefully it is illustrative of my form. Thanks!!

    Since you're going to post a new video anyways, might as well try to do it with a more horizontal back angle and neutral wrists
