Hi. How are you? I was wondering how to set the app on my phone so that my workouts have powerclean and dead lift on the same workout day, but alternating.
I am looking to have this as my workout:
A
Squat
Bench/Press (alternate)
Powerclean/Dead lift (alternate)
B
Squat
Bench/Press
Chins

Is this the novice advanced program?
Power cleans only log on workout B but should be possible to run that system as long as you don't get stuck on workout a / b
Just turn power cleans on - then on the day you dont do pulls just leave the deadlift blank and do your chins. In todays training, use the "switch exercise" option on bench / press & deadlift / power clean to switch up the exercises.
