Squat form check

Watched the first vid, comments are on that.
Get tighter, don't let the weight shove you down, control your descent and your knees into the bottom.
Also, don't change your eye gaze and head position during the rep. You take the bar out with a weird, neck-craned but looking extremely down thing which I don't love. Then you switch to a reasonable head/eye position, then during the rep, you shift your gaze and head upwards. Start with the middle position and keep it there for the entire duration of the set, from taking the bar out to the end of the last rep.
