    Coach,

    - I'm a 21 year old male, intermidiate lifter.
    - I'm looking to train 4 days per week (which days dont matter).
    - I know I want to do squats, deads, presses, power snatches, power cleans.
    - What I don't know is that best way to structure my week.

    Which makes my question...

How would you structure a training week for a grappler in my case?
Would you put the squats, presses, and deads on one day, the snatches, cleans and assistance exercises on another day, then allow for a rest day and light workout before going hard again?

    Thanks for any feed back!

I have never worked with any grapplers, never done it myself, and so for me to advise you would be the kind of pulled-out-of-the-ass expertise that I dislike. Without either personal or professional experience with the demands of the sport, the only advice I can give you would be that which I've already given to everybody: get really strong and you'll be better at every sport. And the strength program you use will depend on your level of training advancement in strength, not the sport you are playing.
