Starr Model routine
Hi coach,
I've done Texas Method for few months, now I'd like to skip to the Starr Model.
My TM routine:
Monday
Powercleans 3x3
Squats 5x5 (straight sets)
Bench Press 5x5 (straight sets)
BB Rows 3-4x10
Wednesday
Front Squats 3x5
Press 5x5
Pull Ups 30-50 total reps
Friday
Squats- work up to a max set of 5 or 3
Bench- work up to a max set of 5 or 3
Deadlift - work up to a max set of 5 or 3
Now, The question is if I can to treat Monday's workout as Medium (in Starr Model), Wednesday's as Light and Friday's as Hard?
