I wouldn't, if only for the common courtesy of not infecting the entire gym. Take the time off to get over your cold faster and then get back to hitting the weights, IMO.

True. But if you workout at home, I see no problem with working through a cold. But the flu, that is another story.
Choose either hospital or gym. :-)
Make sure you get more than enough food and water. Vitamin C supplements and that airborne stuff help too..
I don't train when I'm sick unless it's it's really light illness.
