Progress problems
I posted on here a month or so ago with problems progressing with strength. I still face the same issues, bench press!!!
I am following the Texas Method. I consistently get stuck at 3x5 195. When attempting 200, I have achieved 5, 4, 3 in attempted 3x5 but cannot seem to do better. When that happens, what should I do the next time I BP? 200 is my 5RM. How can I get those work sets to increase.
Progress continues and feels great in Squat and Deadlift. Military Press is progressing as well, but not nearly as well as lower body lifts.

If you're doing three sets of 5, you're not doing the Texas Method.
