    damn I must have said that is was easy. And then forgot about it and that made it disappear from my post. I wonder how that works.

    It is an herculean effort no doubt. It is an interesting show, to some anyway. I would however prefer to see this massively strong guy do a full squat.

    I like it how you assume that knowledge is linked to strength.
    Please tell me what you squat so I can asses your knowledge base. lol

    Well, it is linked to strength, in its own way, so let's not pretend there's no merit there. But just because he can legitimately squat 800 doesn't mean he gets to call that video a squat. There are a lot of dumb strong people, but experience (like experiencing a 1000lb deadlift) does count for something.

    For what it's worth, though, my best squat is 525.
